Service

Prime AI Business Suite is a packaged business technology offer that provides client access to multiple business capabilities and, where purchased, defined setup services.

Third-party technology

The suite relies in part on third-party software and infrastructure. Purchasing the suite does not transfer ownership of the underlying third-party platforms or intellectual property. Features, availability and technical limitations may change when an upstream provider changes its service.

Launch pricing

The prices displayed on the website are one-time founders launch prices for the package described at checkout. They do not constitute a promise of perpetual availability of any third-party service.

Client access

Client access is for the purchasing customer and their authorized business use. Resale, sublicensing, account sharing or redistribution is not permitted unless separately agreed in writing.

Done-For-You scope

The DFY package includes only the setup items specifically listed on the sales page. Custom development, advanced integrations, app-store submission, advertising spend, ongoing content production and ongoing management are not included unless separately quoted.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, spam, abuse, malicious software or conduct that violates applicable platform rules.

Limitation

We do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, traffic, leads, app-store approval or business results. The tools are provided to support business activities, and results depend on many factors outside our control.
